About Me

Yoga has been a big part of my life over the last 15 years following the birth of my first child. I wasn’t able to engage in vigorous exercise and I needed something that was accessible both at home and in the gym. Back in 2005 it was difficult to find a yoga class, but I finally discovered Keshav Rupakheti at the Crescent Arts Centre and I was hooked from the first session. Keshav is still one of my main teachers today.

I am passionate about the benefits of a regular yoga practice and I am delighted to be able to offer a variety of classes. I initially trained in classical Hatha with the British School of Yoga, under the guidance of Keshav Rupakheti. In 2019, I completed my 200hr Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Flow Academy in Belfast. In November 2021 I completed 100hrs of The Art ofYin Yoga teacher training with Grace Tempany.

I can offer private, one to one, or group sessions. Face to face or online via zoom.

One to one yoga classes offer a personal experience where I can devise and deliver a personalised yoga programme that is just right for you. One to one sessions can take place in person in the comfort of your own home, online via Zoom or at Boom Studios in Bangor.

At present I am teaching an online ( via zoom) group class every Wednesday evening from 6pm - 7pm. This class is suitable for all levels of practice. If you are interested in joining us and would like to book a place, please either use the link below or send me an email. Classes are £6 and pay as you go.

Children and Teen Yoga

I obtained teacher training Children’s Yoga Diploma with the British School of Yoga in 2015. I have been teaching yoga to children in community settings and in local schools since 2015. In the autumn of 2018 I became a certified Connected Kids Professional Meditation teacher and in 2020 I completed my Yoga for Teens Teacher training with Cayetana Rodenas (Yoga and kids).
